What I shoot
Four ways to work together. Every shoot is planned around the subject, the location and what the images are actually for.
Pick your subject
Not sure which one you need? Send me a line about the project and I'll tell you straight — including if I'm not the right person for it.
Automotive shoots
For private owners, dealers, detailers and builders. Location or studio, static or rolling — a set of images that does the car justice, whether it's a concours restoration or a daily driver you're proud of.
- Location scouting around your car and the light
- Static hero shots, three-quarter, side profile and detail work
- Rolling and panning shots where the roads allow
- Edited gallery sized for print, web and social
Motorsport & events
Track days, car meets, launches and shows. Fast-moving coverage that captures the atmosphere as well as the action — the paddock and the pit wall, not just the apex.
- Full-day or half-day coverage
- Action, detail and candid people shots
- Quick-turnaround selects for same-week social posts
- Full edited gallery to follow
Portraits & lifestyle
Individuals, creatives and small teams. Natural light or lit, on location or in a studio — portraits with the same bold, clean finish as the car work, and a shoot that doesn't feel like hard work.
- Headshots for websites, press and profiles
- Creative and personal-brand portraits
- Direction throughout — you don't need to know how to pose
- Retouched selects, natural finish
Brand & commercial
Content for websites, social and campaigns. Products, places and people, shot to a brief and delivered ready to publish — including the awkward crops your web designer will ask for.
- Shot list agreed from your brief before the day
- Consistent look across a whole campaign
- Delivered in the crops and formats you actually need
- Usage terms agreed up front, in writing
Brief, shoot, deliver
No mystery, no faff. Three stages from first message to finished gallery.
Brief
Tell me what we're shooting, roughly where, and what the images are for. I'll come back with a plan, a location idea, a date and a price.
Shoot
I turn up prepared and we work through the shot list without rushing. You'll see frames as we go, so nothing is a surprise later.
Deliver
A curated, edited set delivered digitally in the formats you need. Prints and extra retouching available if you want them.
What it costs
Every shoot is quoted individually — it depends on the subject, the location, how long it takes and where the images will be used. Send me the details and you'll get a clear price with no surprises.
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm whether to publish "from" prices or keep quotes private]
Before you ask
How far will you travel?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm travel area and whether travel is charged beyond a certain distance.]
How long until I get the photos?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm normal turnaround, and whether quick-turnaround selects are offered.]
What happens if the weather is bad?
Overcast is often better than bright sun, so a grey day isn't a problem. If conditions genuinely won't work — heavy rain on an outdoor car shoot, for example — we'll move the date rather than waste the shoot.
Can I use the photos on social media?
Personal use is expected and encouraged — a credit is always appreciated. Commercial usage is agreed in writing before the shoot. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm exact licensing wording.]
Do you shoot things that aren't cars?
Yes — and actively looking for more of it. Portraits, landscapes, events and commercial work are all part of the portfolio and all bookable.
Let's get it in the diary.
Send over the details and I'll come back with a plan and a price.
